Daniel Stern’s father was a social worker in Bethesda, Maryland while his mother used to run a daycare center. It was on the 28th of August 1957 that Daniel Stern was born in Bethesda which was where he and his brother David M. Stern, also a writer of television shows, went on to spend their childhood. He went to the Bethesda’s Chevy Chase High School. It was from his high school days that he started acting.
