George Takei Early Life
George Takei is a Japanese-American Actor and was born on April 20, 1937, in Los Angeles, California. His biggest triumph was to leap over barriers of race to launch himself into a dazzling acting career. He starred as Lieutenant Hikaru Sulu during the three-year television run of Star Trek, and later reprised the role for six movies.
