Marion Mitchell Morrison was born Marion Robert Morrison, and better known as “John Wayne” was born on May 26, 1907, in Winterset, Iowa. He is the son of Mary “Molly” Alberta Brown and Clyde Leonard Morrison.
He went to Wilson Middle School. In school, he used to perform in academics and sports. He majored in pre-law from the University of Southern California.
