Michael Ealy, then Michael Brown, was born on 3rd August, 1973 in Washington D.C. His father had a grocery business and his mother was an employ for IBM. Soon after his birth, his family shifted to Silver Spring in Maryland where he was raised from then on. In his teenage years, he went to attend Springbrook High School and later when he graduated he went on for further studies to the University of Maryland, College Park.
