Paul Marcarelli was born on the 24th of May, 1970 in the city of North Haven, Connecticut. He has a twin brother who currently serves as the chief of fire services of East Haven in the New Haven Fire Department. Paul Marcarelli attended the New Haven High School. After completing his high school education, he enrolled at Fairfield University from where he received his Bachelors of Arts degree with a major in English.
