Born on December 3, 1979, Herndon, Virginia to Bruce and Diane Parker, Sean learned to programme at the age of 8. He hacked into a Fortune 500 company at the age of 16. He was arrested and sentenced to community service.
He attended Oakton High School and then Chantilly High School. While still in school, he interned for Mark Pincus. He was the winner of the Virginia state computer science fair due to the web crawler he created. He was recruited by the C.I.A.
