Kevin Harvick was born in Bakersfield, California, on December 8, 1975, to his parents JoNell and Mike Harvick. He has a younger sister ‘Amber’ and an older brother ‘Clayton’.
Harvick’s father gifted him a go-kart while he was in kindergarten in the year 1980. Over the next decade, he won seven national championships along with two Grand National championships.
While he was still in high school, he took part in the NASCAR Featherlite Southwest Series in the year 1992.
