In the years 1978 and 1982, he graduated from the Delhi University with third class and did his masters from the Gujarat University respectively.
Narendra Modi was opposed to Indira Gandhi’s declaration of a State of Emergency in the years of 1975 to 1977. He often helped political activists and individuals who were opposed to the acts of Emergency. As RSS got banned, Narendra Modi had to perform his acts by going undercover and taking disguise. He became the member of the Bharatiya Janata Party from the year 1985. He remained the Chief Minister of Gujarat from the year 2001 to 2014. In the year 2014, he became the Prime Minister of India.
He is the 16th running Prime Minister. After working in as the Prime Minister, he made certain changes in the economy of the country.
