Reince was born in 1972, 18th March of Dimitra also known as Roula and Richard Priebus. He was born in the city of Dover in New Jersey. Priebus stayed in Netcong, New Jersey up to the time when his family migrated to Green Bay Wisconsin at the age of seven.
