Too Short was born in 1966 on 28th April as Todd Anthony Shaw. His birthplace was in Los Angeles, California, the United States of America. He was raised there until in the 1980’s when his family left the place. They settled in East Oakland, Orland, in the United States of America. Both his parents were accountants. Todd’s mother worked for the IRS for three decades. She retired in the 1990s.
Too Short went to high school, and that is where he earned the nickname. He attended Fremont High School. While there, he and his friend Freddy B. started producing his raps’ tapes.
