Sean Lennon was born on October 9, 1975, in New York City, United States. He was born to John Lennon and Yoko Ono. He is of Welsh, Irish, and English descent on his father’s side, and he is of Japanese descent on his mother’s side. He has a half-brother called Julian Lennon and a half-sister called Kyoko Chan Cox.
Sean attended kindergarten in Tokyo, but he moved to New York to attend Ethical Culture Fieldston School and Dalton School. He later attended a private boarding school in Switzerland called Institut Le Rosey in Rolle.
