Mike Greenberg was born on August 6, 1967, in New York in a Jewish family. He went to the Stuyvesant High School and got graduated in 1985. For further studies, he went to the Northwestern University and got graduated from Northwestern University. In Chicago, at WMAQ-AM he started working as a sports anchor. Later in 1992 he started working for WSCR-Radio and left his job at WMAQ-AM.
